By accessing, registering with, or using ViewPay, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable ViewPay policies. ViewPay may provide or facilitate services including mobile and DTH recharge, BBPS and utility bill payments, AEPS-related services where enabled, domestic money transfer, PAN and digital services, FASTag, travel-related services, insurance-related services, and other services introduced from time to time. Users and partners must provide accurate information and use the platform only for lawful purposes. Any fraudulent, unauthorized, misleading, abusive, or illegal use may result in suspension or termination of the account. Transaction details must be carefully verified before confirmation. Cancellation, reversal, refund, or settlement depends on the nature of the transaction and applicable service-provider rules. Applicable fees, commissions, incentives, taxes, and service charges may vary by service or account type. ViewPay may update its services, pricing, features, or policies when reasonably required. Certain services may depend on third-party banks, billers, payment networks, or technology providers. Their availability may be outside ViewPay's direct control. ViewPay may suspend services for maintenance, security, technical issues, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. ViewPay respects your privacy and is committed to protecting information provided by users, retailers, distributors, master distributors, and other authorized partners. This Privacy Policy explains how ViewPay may collect, use, process, store, and protect information when you access or use our website, application, platform, or services. Depending on the services used, information may include name, mobile number, email address, address, account information, KYC-related information, transaction details, device information, IP address, login information, and other information required to provide or secure our services. ViewPay may use information to create and manage accounts, process transactions, provide customer support, perform verification, prevent fraud, maintain security, improve services, communicate important updates, and meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements. Where necessary, information may be shared with authorized banks, billers, payment networks, technology providers, service providers, regulators, or other partners involved in delivering requested services. ViewPay does not intend to sell personal information for unauthorized purposes. ViewPay aims to provide reliable and transparent transaction services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, reversals, refunds, and transaction-related adjustments may be handled. Before confirming a transaction, users and partners should carefully verify the beneficiary, mobile number, account number, biller details, amount, and other transaction information. Once a transaction has been successfully processed, cancellation may not always be possible. For recharge, bill payment, money transfer, AEPS-related, or other third-party services, refunds and reversals may depend on the transaction status and the applicable service provider, bank, biller, payment network, or partner. If an amount is debited but the transaction is unsuccessful or remains unresolved, ViewPay may initiate or process a reversal/refund according to the applicable service process. Processing time may vary depending on the transaction type and third-party settlement timelines. Incorrect information entered by a customer or partner may not qualify for a refund where the transaction has been successfully completed using the provided details. Duplicate transactions, technical failures, or eligible failed transactions may be reviewed based on available transaction records. Refunds, where approved, may be credited through the applicable payment or settlement method. Certain fees or charges may be non-refundable where permitted. This User Agreement governs the relationship between ViewPay and individuals who access or use ViewPay services. By registering for or using ViewPay, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and that you will use the platform responsibly and in accordance with applicable law. ViewPay users may access available services such as mobile and DTH recharge, BBPS-related bill payments, digital services, AEPS-related services where enabled, money-transfer services, travel services, and other services made available through the platform. You are responsible for reviewing transaction details before confirmation. ViewPay may not be able to reverse a successfully completed transaction where incorrect information was provided by the user. You must keep your login credentials, PIN, OTP, and authentication information confidential. You must not permit unauthorized individuals to use your account. Fraudulent transactions, identity misuse, unauthorized access, money laundering, system abuse, false information, and other unlawful activities are prohibited. ViewPay may conduct verification, security checks, transaction monitoring, and other reasonable controls to protect users and the platform. ViewPay may suspend or terminate access where there is suspected fraud, policy violation, security risk, legal requirement, or other legitimate reason. Certain services may be provided by third parties and may be subject to their own terms and availability. This Retailer Agreement governs the registration and use of ViewPay services by authorized retailers. Retailers must provide accurate and valid information during registration and complete applicable KYC or verification requirements. ViewPay may request identity, business, banking, address, or other documents where reasonably required. Retailers may access eligible services such as mobile and DTH recharge, BBPS, bill payments, AEPS-related services, domestic money transfer, PAN services, FASTag, travel, insurance, and other available services. The retailer is responsible for entering correct customer and transaction information and must verify important details before submitting a transaction. Retailers must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials, PINs, OTPs, and account information. Account access must not be transferred, sold, rented, or provided to unauthorized persons without ViewPay's approval. Retailers must not conduct fraudulent, unauthorized, misleading, illegal, or suspicious transactions. Customer information must be collected and used only for legitimate service purposes and handled responsibly. Applicable commissions, service charges, incentives, settlement rules, and transaction limits may vary according to the relevant ViewPay plan and service. ViewPay may suspend or terminate retailer access in case of fraud, misuse, policy violation, security concerns, incorrect information, or applicable legal or compliance requirements. Pending settlements, financial obligations, disputes, refunds, or other legitimate liabilities may continue after suspension or termination. This Distributor Agreement establishes the terms under which an approved ViewPay Distributor may promote, support, onboard, and manage eligible retailers or users within the ViewPay partner ecosystem. A Distributor must complete the applicable registration, verification, KYC, and onboarding requirements before receiving distributor access. The Distributor may be provided access to eligible ViewPay services, dashboards, reports, commission structures, retailer onboarding facilities, and other business features according to the applicable plan. The Distributor must provide accurate information and must not create fraudulent, duplicate, fictitious, or unauthorized accounts. A Distributor must not misuse customer information, retailer information, ViewPay branding, credentials, commissions, promotional schemes, or platform functionality. All retailer and customer onboarding must follow ViewPay's applicable procedures and verification requirements. The Distributor is responsible for maintaining professional conduct while dealing with ViewPay partners. Commissions, incentives, fees, targets, settlement arrangements, and business benefits may be governed by the applicable commercial plan and may be changed by ViewPay where reasonably required. ViewPay may monitor transactions and account activity for security, fraud prevention, operational, and compliance purposes. ViewPay may suspend or terminate distributor access for fraud, policy violations, unauthorized activities, misrepresentation, security concerns, or legal/compliance requirements. Termination does not automatically remove legitimate financial, contractual, settlement, or compliance obligations. This Master Distributor Agreement governs the relationship between ViewPay and an approved Master Distributor participating in the ViewPay partner ecosystem. A Master Distributor must complete applicable KYC, business verification, documentation, and onboarding requirements before receiving access to master-distributor facilities. Subject to the applicable commercial plan, a Master Distributor may manage or support eligible distributors, retailers, users, and business activities through the ViewPay platform. The Master Distributor must ensure that onboarding activities are conducted using accurate information and in accordance with ViewPay procedures. It must not create fictitious, duplicate, fraudulent, or unauthorized accounts. The Master Distributor must maintain confidentiality of account credentials, commercial information, customer information, distributor information, and ViewPay systems. All transactions must be conducted lawfully and in accordance with applicable policies. Fraudulent activity, unauthorized transactions, misleading representations, misuse of ViewPay branding, commission manipulation, and improper collection or use of customer information are prohibited. Commercial terms including commissions, incentives, targets, fees, settlement processes, limits, and applicable business benefits will be governed by the relevant ViewPay commercial arrangement. ViewPay may conduct monitoring, verification, audits, risk reviews, and transaction checks for security and compliance purposes. ViewPay may suspend or terminate the Master Distributor relationship where serious policy violations, fraudulent activity, security risks, misrepresentation, or legal/compliance concerns arise. Termination does not eliminate outstanding settlement, financial, contractual, confidentiality, or compliance obligations. ViewPay makes reasonable efforts to provide reliable, secure, and efficient digital services. However, certain services may depend on banks, billers, payment networks, technology providers, government systems, or other third parties. Therefore, ViewPay does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every service at all times. Service availability, transaction processing time, settlement, refunds, commissions, and other outcomes may depend on the applicable service provider and technical or operational circumstances. Users and partners are responsible for entering accurate information and protecting their login credentials, passwords, PINs, OTPs, and other security information. ViewPay is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information entered by users, voluntary disclosure of credentials, unauthorized access caused by user negligence, third-party service interruptions, network failures, or circumstances beyond ViewPay's reasonable control, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
